[edit] Executive positions
These roles were elected at the June 3rd 2010 meeting. The definitions below are from our constitution which forms the Articles of Association for PHP London Ltd.
All of the executive are expected to attend our quarterly evening executive committee meetings which are on the third Tuesdays of February, May, August, and November, and there will also be an additional meeting on the third Tuesday of June each year to help with any transition of members.
PHP London is a company limited by guarantee and executive committee members are expected to be eligible and willing to be registered in the UK as Company Directors or the Company Secretary. This set-up limits the liability of any individual committee member to £1.
The committee now jointly organises the annual PHP UK Conference (since 2009's event).
