There will be 5 lightning talks, on the theme "Dynamic", for each of Perl, Django, and Ruby, and it would be really good to organise 5 PHP talks as well.
- Where
- British Computer Society building next to Covent Garden Market.
- When
- From 7pm to 9pm on June 10th 2009.
- Aim
- To represent PHP alongside other popular dynamic languages.
[edit] Who's coming
Ideally we want to do 5 lightning (five minutes) talks on PHP-related subjects. If you want to give one, please add your name to this list with the name of the talk:
- Zoe Slattery - testing PHP (either TestFest, test coverage etc), comparing Lucene implementations(Java/PHP) and/or ProjectZero
- Rob Nicholson - I have several ideas "the family of PHP implementations (php.net, ProjectZero, Quercus, phalanger, phpc, )" or "PHP / Java interaction" or "Dynamic languages on the JVM" (probably a bit off topic) or I could talk on ProjectZero.
